Zend Frame work 1.0 project ( add some new things on my current project )

Hi Guys I need some one that knows how to deal with ZF1 and and good with PDO and MySql. The project is very easy for some but a litter changeling for some, here are some details so you can quote me with time frame and price 1. I need turn part of my code dynamic ( so a Database work will need to be done ) it will be about 5 fields on the table. 2. It will need to grab the information that it is already generating and storing to the the bd table. ( so the information is already been generated and been saved on the DB, but I need it to save the logs with it generate every day witch are not doing now 3. I need it to compare the last imported log with the new imported log ( so it will check the file on db and see if it already exist, if it is already on db than jump to next line, if the file is not on the db yet than write it in to the Database that is already done and working fine. here is how it is working now / Every day I get a file that get refresh every month it is a TXT file for more details please contact me with your best quote it is easy task for some My current programmers are busy with some other task so if you want join in let me know that file has in day 1 about 5000 lines, i get this file and upload it using my zf1 script and the script will than read each line and convert it in to a sql readable format ( that have already okay ). than it will create from that 5000 lines the list of line that i will need base on the information on each line, so from the 5000 lines It will red all of it and grab only the data I need, in this case lets say it found 700 lines of of the 5000 that it will grat a log ( that is just showing me the results but not saving on the Db) that log I need to be saved on the db to the parts 1 to 3 i mention above. now since i told I get a file every day from day 1 to day last day of the month ( that file is like that) as i mention day 1 file have 5000 lines on day 2 that file will have lets imagine 9500 lines, so it will have the last 5000 lines plus 4500 new lines. the lits will not be in the same oder each day it will come in a new txt file and all the lines in a new order but with the same data they had before, just new the 4500 will have new data each. well on day 3, day 4, day 5 until the last day the fill will get bigger and bigger with new lines that need to read each day and from the save the log with just all the lines that matter on the database so when import the new log it will compared if the line is or not in the DB My current script are doing the reading on the file okay but is is validating if it is on the db by the date on the file but I cant validate by date i need to validated by cheking on the db if the file line is already there or not
