Hi resuscitat,
Need to create attached picture; It is a beam delivery system for a high repetition laser system. It includes 5 plane mirrors. The beam diameter is 10 mm.
We need to investigate the wavefront distortion at the end of beam delivery system. The roughness should be included in the mirror's surface.
It should be done using Zernike coefficient.
I think I will be able to do this.

Based on your spec of mirror location and beam path (tbd) and requested distribution of errors / roughness on the mirrors (tbd) I can setup the system in Zemax and calculate the interferogram data.
