Help us add SSL to PostgeSQL connection

We are a vendor of database documentation tool - Dataedo ([login to view URL]). The tool is implemented in C# and has a number of native connectors. One of them is PostgreSQL and it uses DevArt [login to view URL] connector ([login to view URL]). You can see a connection window in attached screenshot. We now need to add a support for SSL connection and would like someone to help us with specification of requirements, specification different connection modes and PostgreSQL versions and editions, design of connection form, directives for developers and testing of our product in own environment(s) in all required versions/editions/configurations.
