How to distribute press releases through Vertical News Network and more for under $20?

I am a seller on another platform and I'm looking to add press release distribution to my portfolio.
There are other users offering the service - ie [login to view URL] at a cost of $20.
It's also available through FatJoe - [login to view URL] at £95 and PR News at £58 - [login to view URL]
They are obviously adding their own mark up...
I would like to know where it is possible to submit my own articles to this network (I believe it may be called Vertical News Network) at cost price (Under $20) and to receive the reports generated - titled News Release Syndication Report - example attached.
Please do not tell me you can perform the service - I'm not interested! If you are able to share where it can be done I will pay for the information. Thank you.
