Module or script for adding order process fee. The fee will be editable and conditioned by total value of order, VAT included, and BEFORE carrier fees. Requirements: - create module/script to add editable fee for order processing - rule is conditioned by total order value (VAT included), before carrier fees - activation/deactivation of rule - value of fee will be expressed in shop currency, with VAT - value of fee will be added to total order value - value of fee will be added inside cart and order confirmations - value of fee will be added in e-mail templates for order confirmation to both user and administrator
