I am already do some of VoIP project from ISP to office VoIP some of them need more analysis in data traffic/ capture data for POC for this project i prefer use voip gateway simple solution and make custom firmware but for flexibilties we can use mini pc then installing software Voip server and client (the hard way) OR maybe another solution if i can get datasheet for the digital switch box
