PLEASE READ: I DON'T need a 3D modeler. I have a model already. I'm seeking someone who has experience in 3D printing and can actually print a small piece trying different types of plastics to ensure best quality. I currently have a 3D model made (.stl .f3d files) and it may need some manipulation but it should be ready to print. I've been trying to work with a friend who has a 3D printer, but not having too much success. I've tried working with Craftcloud but they are taking a long time to respond and the models are not being printed with the details that I'm seeking and they're not coming up with any other solutions. I need to experiment with printing in Pro PLA, SLS, ABS and maybe ASA. Once the right plastic/design is decided, I'll need to print out 50 of these. The piece is roughly 2.5 inches wide by 4 inches long by 3/8 inch thick. The lettering is currently engraved but open to ideas. The dimple are currently elevated, but open to ideas on hot to make that part of the piece look different even though it will be in one color. Thanks.

For lowest cost of short run production look into having your product water jet cut and laser cut lettering. For higher production add some draft an die cast form plastic or urethane rubber.

I am working on 3d printing for several years. I could print it in PLA, ABS, PETG, PA(NYLON), TPU. WIth FDM u cannot have details less than 0.6-1 mm. depends.
