Product designer needed

I have an idea that I need help from an experienced product designer on.
My profession is Practice Management and business development in the legal sector and I have 8 years of experience in this field. I currently manage Barristers (lawyers) practices meaning that I oversee administrative and clerical duties. My junior colleague deal with duties such as/e.g; manually transporting boxes of lever arch files of papers to and from court via a trolley/suck truck. This method has been used for hundreds of years,
I am developing a product to change the way that these papers are transported. My aim is to produce a secure, state of the art sack truck/trolley and that can transport lever arch files of papers to and from the lawyers office to the court. I have attached examples of what my colleagues currently use and this is what we are going to change/improve.
I am therefore after a product designer that I can share my ideas with and work on concepts with.
The first initial job would be to work on the concepts and 2D-3D Designs.
