Lottery ticket printing

Hello,

I want to make a small ticket printing software (receipt format) for a lottery system.

Regardless of the programming language, it should run smoothly on a small computer or device.

features:

-It must print the ticket number in increments of 1

-It must print on the ticket a random sentence and / or a random image (the sentences and images will be stored on an external file)

Interface:

-Master user can change the number of the next ticket to print

-Master user can choose between sentence and or mode

-User can push big red button to print / or press a key on the keyboard (space key?)

Usage:

-The user presses the interface button or the keyboard space key

-The ticket is printed on a thermal printer following this format:

"TICKET NUMBER: XXX

RANDOM IMAGE OR RANDOM SENTENCE "

The drawing or the sentence is chosen randomly

there must be some lines of space to allow cutting properly the ticket when it is printed
