Sketch file string parser

I am looking for someone to write a pair of very simple utilities. One will read a Sketch file and output a CSV file with a list of strings along with the name of the text layer the string is associated with. The other utility will read that same file back in, and replace the string of the named text layer with the string from the file. Both should handle de-duping the text layers, so that if there are a dozen text layers named "OKButton", there should only be a single line in the CSV file, and on import, all dozen of those text layers should be renamed to the new value.
The tools should be able to recognize a prefix, like "%%", and only export and import the layers whose name starts with the prefix, and ignore others.
