The Menu design it's done by a couple of graduated Chefs with experience in this matter and also in meal design.
Before the Menu design, we perform a business analysis identifying details of food style, restrictions (if any) on calories, goods availability, competition & merchants at your marketplace, sales forecast, business vision, budget, structure, working hours, etc.
