Project Manager - Needed For New Startup

Hello future project manager for Israel's Sons LLC!!

We're looking for a new project manager, someone who has experience in operations.

We are a brand new startup that will be starting blogs niche websites that provide value to the readers and brings in income from advertisements in other monetizations.

This is the business model.

We will have you learn it even more with in-depth training. Paired with outside Consultants who can speed up the process and learning curve.

One of the main obstacles we will need to overcome is that we practically don't have any of our own standard operating procedures so we need to develop them so we can grow effectively as we hire more staff to fill roles.

We want you to have experience in hiring and maybe you can leverage your connections with previous colleagues to help build your team.

We assume you are a self-sufficient low-maintenance employee so we do not want to micromanage you for the long term, in the beginning, it will be fine to help you but please expect that you will be held to a standard of high quality - expert level work and work ethic.

This is a longer-term project, we envision it to be 6 months+ worth of work, Realistically a lot more.

The worst thing we can do is promise you the world. But we're really confident we can get you into our business we can have a very long-term company and a very fulfilling position for you working with us.

A few things you should have experience in:

building teams

setting up Sops

experience in hiring / off-boarding teammates

Pay will be anywhere from $500 to $1,000 depending on your experience
