Hello I would be delighted to work with you on an ongoing, as-and-when-needed basis for proofreading substantial business documents. I am aware that this will involve not only checking for spelling and grammatical errors, but also for consitency in the use of specific correct business terms. You will see from my profile that in addition to only 5* ratings for over 1,000 proofreading and editing projects, I have a 100% completion, on-time and on-budget rating as I aim to provide total reliability as well as high-quality work. I am unsure what the average word count for a page of your text is, but I have a usual proofreading rate of US$25.00/1,000 words of text. However, as these are substantial documents and the workload would be reasonably regular, I would reduce this fee by 20% to US$20.00/1,000 words of corrected text. I work on a maximum of 10,000 words of proofread text per day in order to maintain my high standards. Thus, a document that was 30,000 words in length would be returned within three days of submission.
