Ensure timely CAM. * Vendor management and AMC negotiations. Responsible for the purchase and contracts. * Liaison with local and Government bodies. * Ensure safety standards are maintained as per the organizational safety policy. * Prepare checklist of regulatory compliance. * Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
