Multi parameter pH, EC, and refractometry meter

I am looking for an expert in hardware design, ideally in the US, who can design a multiparameter instrument with available sensors, which consisters of 4 sensors

- 2 pH sensors,

- 1 EC (conductivity) sensor, and

- 1 Refractometer (brix) sensor.

- Wifi connection

The final product will look like the files attached
