If you can deliver a clear and concise development request, I can deliver completed, documented code. If you would like to have a full RSPEC/Puppet-Rspec test suite accompanying the code, that would be an additional 25% charge over your stated budget, but well worth the cost if you're intending on continuously integrating your Puppet code.
