Automate Shopify functions through Google Drive or Dropbox

We have a Shopify store and want to add many products at once without have to register one by one. I need a system to automate this process, either through Zapier, IFTTT a simple program in Python or something else that will do the job of saving us a lot of time. This system should also allow us to have a bird eye's view of the store and make changes to the products (like price, availability, SKU and so on) without having to go through the pages in Shopify. The program should also allow us to either directly upload videos on Shopify or pull them from Youtube. We want it to be as simple as possible and that will give us no headaches in setting it up.
