CHATBOT - LOW BUDGET Hello, I would like to program a website for a support bot. This should be presented as a kind of mobile phone chat and should receive the customer as soon as he calls up this page. He should find out what the customer wants by asking various questions and then show him suitable help articles based on the customer's keywords. If none of these help articles fits, the offerer should collect further information and then send it as a bundled request to an employee. In the diagram, which I have attached here, I have already described when which options should be available. The items marked red in the picture are the information that should be sent to the employee. The offer should also partly provide the customer with buttons to answer. I would like later that each statement from the bot is randomly selected from one of 3 possible messages. This ensures that even if you contact the bot more often, it can still write other sentences with a new syntax. The budget for this job is fixed and not subject to negotiation. If you apply for this assignment, I assume that you have read and understood it completely.
