Hi, I would like to see if you're interested in my project. Currently I work with handheld GPS Units where I pick up data from out in the field. I bring this data back to the office and upload to AutoCad program and begin manually measuring the data to create as constructed plans. At this stage it is very tedious task. I am wondering if there is a way to make this process more automated through programming. Please see attached for more information. Let me know if interested. I am passionate about coding. I use autocad's lisp and vba, solidwork API, to compile code to improve my work efficiency. For your project, you can export GPS Units data to a data file. I can code in AUTOCAD LISP or VBA or Python, read this data file, and insert a block into the DWG document based on GPS coordinates and elevation. Block insertion point, attribute is consistent with GPS coordinates, elevation I can also program the code to remove all previously inserted blocks. I recommend using AUTOCAD VBA to complete your project, this is the easiest way

Those softwares involve importing/reading various 3D model files such as .DWG, .OBJ into the software. That is where my expertise in 3D programming can help to solve your problem. I have opened 3 of your .DWG files. Do you want to upload all the GPS points from CSV to your DWG file? What does your DXF file do in your task? From my understanding, I have a built-in 3D library which helps me to read DWG file and I could create all the points from CSV files on the DWG model.
