Develop an Ad Network, Demand Side Platform & Supply Side Platform

HI, I am looking for a Developer/Team who is expertise in developing Ad Network, DSP & SSP Demand Side Platform(DSP) that both connects to Ad Exchange system of other advertising networks or DSP's. We already have a ad server(Only Direct) which I would like to integrate it with the software I want you to develop. All revenue generated by the Adserver I will want the system to track and give my publishers revenue for impressions plus give them commissions from sales generate or clicks generated or banner impressions shown and also give them commissions for other affiliates they get to join my ad serving program. To help make things easier I have provided below open source code that would help in creating this adserver.
