Developing a small program which automatically saves the jpeg images in the folder to the dicom format. Also needs to write the metadata into the image . .
Hey! I can deliver your product (a python program using pydicom package that saves jpeg images in folder into dicom format) easily. I have extensive experience working with python and I also tutor students in python in my spare time. I have also worked with images (numpy/openCV etc) in python. I have also won the international hackathon "R.U. Hacking" Award ([login to view URL]) by implementing a camera and image processor in python in one day. I am confident in the quality of the software to be delivered and the time required. Do consider my bid for your requirement.
Thanks,
Sayan
