Hey, 500 series errors implies there is an issue at server side. Most probably, your EC2 has limited role to connect to your MySQL database and run queries. Or there may be something wrong with your network ACL or security groups or SQL query. I can only comment if you specify the more descriptive error. Please DM so that we can discuss and fix it soon
