Extract text from Image/Scanned file to text. (OCR)

Hi there! I have experience in doing OCR using images in python. Have some questions though: 1) What is the average resolution of your images? (low resolution images tend to have more errors in the OCR process) 2) What's the format of these images? 3) Is the text handwritten? 4) Approximately how many images do you have? And a clarification. OCR as any other method to recognize characters from an image are machine-learning based methods, Technically they're not 100% reliable. The only thing that you can do for your particular case or any case is to make random samples and estimate the error of your work. So, in short, 100% reliable OCR is impossible. Well....
