Face Recognition, Mobile, Door and Hand Recognition, Text to Speech for Mobile/Tablet

We are looking for python based face recognition. We need this project within 3 days, so bid accordingly. This project is a small project to qualify for a bigger project. This is android based face detection via an external camera. Once the face is identified then audio speech should read. Hello, Mr. Ahmed, how are you doing today? We will pay INR 5000 for this small gig and it has to be finished within 3 days only. Once done then we will give the work of python based further work on same project.
