Hi. I believe I can help you out. As part of my PhD thesis I have been working with recurrent neural networks which are ideal for the task you require. I propose a software developed using TensorFlow which will receive a time series as an input and will provide as an output the probability of the asset to go above a certain threshold (then you should buy) or go below a certain threshold (then you should sell). The thresholds would be defined by you according to your experience. I assume that you can provide me with the training data and I can deliver the program to you, and also the trained model, in a git repository.

Depending on what’s ur model gonna be . Usually Ml algo do the parameters optimizations. If you wanna the whole package, you better know what is the your metrics of data shifting
