Odoo 12 integration with Fulfilment company system by EDI

Hello everyone And we also need to receive the purchase order We need to integrate our Odoo 12 system with the Fulfilment company system by EDI "XML file creation and updating in SFTP" and this process starts when we create a Purchase order to send it directly to the Fulfilment company system in order to receive a number of goods and they will confirm this to us by sending update of the quantity received in their warehouse to our system "Odoo 12" and this is the process in detail as below: 1- Purchase orders: a- we will issue Purchase orders from our system Odoo 12 and send the POs number and QTY extra… to Fulfilment company system using (Document type 61 will send it after agreeing with you) in the attached. b- Fulfilment company will receive the goods at Fulfilment company warehouse and send us confirmation from Fulfilment company system to our Odoo 12 system with POs numbers received and QTY Extra, to update the inventory stock in our Odoo 12 system using (Document type 65 will send it after agreeing with you) in the attached, and we need to send the following purchase orders information fields: · SKU · PO number · Product Name · Description / Specify any other details about purchase order · Quantity in Stock / Displays the stock on hand quantity · Expecting date/time to receive all the quantity in the shipping warehouse · Quantity to receive from the vendor to the shipping warehouse per “item , Boxes” · Purchase Order Date / Specify the date on which purchase order is created. · Created By / Procurement admin Name and Mobile · Vendor shipping address “WH” / Specify the shipping address of the vendor warehouse ”City, Street” Note: We need to finish this task within two days max and need Odoo experts Best Regards
