Background :
Transport (Expedition) company is thinking to implement Odoo for their workload.
They are looking to expand / create a new module to handle payment method below:
Cash Method :
1. Payment up front by deliverer when goods is dropped in the office
2. Payment by recepient when goods is delivered on site.
PayLater Method:
1. Payment after delivery by sender.
When goods is delivered on destination, Delivery order is returned to the sender to ask for payment.
Payment can be completed at once or 1-3 months payement term using cash/giro/transfer
2. Payment fter delivery by receiver

Customer Level Module:
Company want to have an automated leveling for their regular customer.
they want to have a rating for each customer based on their order frequency and payment term can be adjusted based on the customer rating level.
