PHP/Wordpress Developer - Build Tool

Hello,
I'm looking for a Wordpress/PHP Developer who can help build a tool hosted on a Wordpress page/PHP. If the developer has Python and Scraping experience, this is a major bonus, as I'm also looking for a Python Developer.
Project Details:
1. The Python Scraper will collect multiple data points from a particular website. It will do an initial scrape of millions of products and the python script will be running daily to keep the database fresh and updated
2. The PHP built tool will have many filters and options to display data provided by the local database
3. Developer must have good CSS and front end experience to make the tool look professional and modern
4. The tool will also need to display statstics, bar graphs and pie charts based on the data collected in the database and the developer must have experience with this and how to display it to the front end.
5. A wordpress membership plugin will be installed and will need some customizing for the user profiles to save and favorite products to. Experience with modifying the coding of the plugin is a must. The plugin I will most likely use is called: Paid Membership Pro
