.pyd > .pyc/.py (Multiple files.)

Hello. I need someone to turn a .pyd file that has frozen python modules into .pyc and then .py files and for the existing folder structure of the program to be intact. This file is not owned by any company or legal entity. The project is hosted under GNU v3 and can be edited as long as the file is not sold and is provided freely with the original license. Thanks!
