Python extract data from txt file and display them in flask

The task is simple. Extract data from a txt file that forms like this attached file based on the id_num that is entered via user input(which you also must collect). Then display last entry with that id_num with the flask to the user. I will provide you with rest of the files on pvt if you apply.
