Hello, I am interested in your project and as I have worked on several projects in reinforcement learning I have adequate knowledge to complete the project as per your requirements. I have developed projects such as "Training Quadcopter to fly" , "Training smart cab to drive", "Self-driving car in simulation", "Navigation for bots to pick specific items" etc. using value-based methods (Q-learning, Deep Q-networks), policy-based methods (Actor-critic methods), and also little bit of multi agent reinforcement learning. I used a Dueling Double Deep Q-Network to let the agent learn through camera sensors how to recognize an emergency and how to perform the obstacle avoidance maneuver.
