Reinforcement learning function to suggest activities

Reinforcement learing function to suggest activitites for users according to the rewards which activites have obtained. there are list of activities with a category. User id, Category, and a percentage value(positive or negative) will be given as parameters for rewards the activities according to the user. activities should be rewarded specific to user. User id, Category will be provied as the parameters for activity suggestion function. Based on the reward which activities have obtained, accurate activities should be suggested. Not only based on the rewards, function should suggest activites randomly too in order to obtain rewards for the activites in each category. so that all activites will be positively and negatively rewarded to have better suggestions in future.
