transfer a website to a new server

i have a website made with python and Dejango, i need to migrate to a new server. also this website is linked to a mobile app. the mobile app was developed in native language for android and iPhone. it need to be updated to the new ip address for the new server.
currently everything is working fine i just need help with the migration
