Web server with database, interactive UI and API access

The database with web server interface, to collect events (user name, time, resource, application, application launch timestamp, close time stamp etc . . ) received from client application (via API or other means) installed on a few PCs. Existing client application is written in C++ we have the source code and we can modify it to send the events to web server. Interactive web interface to visualize time series, user series, resource series with ability to consolidate, modify, add or delete entry in/from the database. Ability to upload database entries (format will be specified) single or batch from event database to a 3rd party web infrastructure via their API (RESTful API documentation will be made available). Easy to follow and review source code (shared via git hub to facilitate testing at each milestone) This is the current framework laid out, more details can be discussed, suggestions are welcome. Milestones will be added to the project, there is possibility of additional budget depending on the first round of implementation, more description and details are coming soon.
