PC window 10 - Raspberry - serial bidirectionnal communication in python

Hello. Senior RaspberryPI/IoT developer here. I have 7+ years Python/IoT development career. As you know RaspberryPI has a lots of peripheral interface such as UART, SPI, MIPI, I2C, GPIO etc. From my previous job, I implement customize raspbian to compress OVIF camera to h264 format and send to other raspberrypi via RS232. Your job is too easier than my previous job. In PC Windows side, if you want to integrating Web API, I can do that. If you want to GUI in PC Windows Side, I'll use PyQt. I'm ready to start right now.
