Hello Sir! I am currently busy with similar project including : installing xibo cms on the debian server, creating a custom xibo module for displaying a custom stuff inside the layouts, creating a websocket connection with xibo players (clients), control through http/udp broadcasted into websocket over the layout markups state based on client properties: ip address, display settings, etc... I have already got a very interesting experience during my acquaintance with the xibo and it would be a great pleasure for me to furthermore continue the investigations in that field.
