The task is to adjust existing forecasts (i.e., expected monthly product quantities per customer) by distributing the given forecasted monthly product quantities per customer to expected delivery days and product quantities per customer so that they add up to the original monthly forecasts. The forecast adjustment has to be accomplished with R code that takes csv files as input and generates csv file outputs. A preliminary R code is available for partially solving this task (see attachment: Goal Based Forecast Adjustment.r). For this task, you need to analyze this R code, get it up and running, document it, explain it, and improve this R code. If you are interested in this task, please: 1) Review the task description, the R code, and the provided data. 2) Provide references to similar projects you successfully completed. 3) A rough estimate on how long it would take you to get the provided R code up and running as well as your total estimate to complete the task. 4) Your hourly rate and your availability.
