Experience in using recruiting tools like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc and application tracking systems like JobDiva, Ceipal, MaxHire, and CATS, etc. Recruited consultants on various technologies and levels – business analysts, programmers, technical leads, architects, database/network administrators, project/program managers, vice presidents, and directors. Worked with US Citizens, Green Card, EAD, OPT, H1-B, F1, and TN visa holders (Canadian Citizens).
