3D Water Tower

Looking to create a 3D animation of the 'sudbury water tower' to present to potential customers looking to purchase marketing spots. Will require all working project files after completion of work. Banners will be required to be interchangeable on the fly (after effects composite would be great if possible to incorporate). The animation should be a fly around of the tower showcasing the banners and a waving flag that will be positioned on the top of the tower. Surrounding area should appear as though in the heart of a small city sitting on a hill. Accurate portrayal of city is not necessary. The more photo realistic the better. We are simply looking for a creative and marketable way to present these banners and flag that will be placed on the tower as a visual for our customers.
