Project details : Beach club and restaurant located on a Caribbean island . Total surface area of the land is 92531.12 sq. Ft In this moment there are no building on the plot We can do only light structures we need : - main club restaurant 300-400 sqm ( light structure, retractable roof ) - kitchen 200 sqm - entrance area with 2-3 small shops ( souvenirs, beach products, duty free ) - storage area -60-70 sqm - toilets for 500 people on site - slots machines area 60-70 sqm - 8 separate offices 30-35 sqm office spaces witch can be turned into hotel rooms - Beach area with 400 sun beds - Kids area - Outdoor sports area - Light water sports area - Access for people with disabilities - The area from the points B / E / D it is mangrove flat and it need to remain a green natural area - minimum setback from Mean High Water Mark (MHWM) should be about 25-30 metres for the back of house buidings and 10-15 metres for the main club - minimum ground floor elevation to be about 0.7 meter - no swimming pool is allowed on site ...maybe just small jacuzzi ideas of similar places: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
