create 3D pendant

I would like a 3D pendant created. It will essentially be 1/2 of a crown attached to a flat surface. It will be 38mm. I will need STL and JPEG files. Images will need to be from various angles. I am not just looking for a raised image of a crown. I am wanting 1/2 of a circular crown. future work would include the full crown for other pieces of jewelry.

Ready to work. My name is Alex, I have more than 10 years experience in the jewelry industry. I worked both at large jewelry factories and small design studios.

The project sounds somehow simple but based on your attached files you require extra details on the crown. Since its an .stl file am guessing its intended for 3d printing so you need the details-on point details. I will be using Maxon's Cinema 4D r18. For the first day I will come up with the design for the pendant, on the second, I'll complete the modelling and a few renders. Am thinking of coming up with two designs so that you can pick one.
