We need to create an event stage and seating area that are state of the art ones, we shall use mechanical billboards, movable led screens, 3D projection as well as big mockups, so we need you to make this appear in a beautiful 3D renders
The event will have 2 phases, where in the 2nd phase, the whole stage and meeting area will convert mechanically into different branding using some mechanical techniques
I will share a presentation with pics and vids examples of the above techniques with shortlisted freelancers only
