Embed 3D model into website

I have a 3D model for two sites that were created in 3DS Max. I want to embed it into a website so that users can manipulate the model. It may be as simple as re-rendering and embedding it from 3DS Max, or using a plugin to convert 3DS into SketchUp. Someone who knows 3DS Max will be able to do this easily. I've attached two images of what the model is supposed to look like. These were supplied by the model developer. I've also attached what I see when I view the model in 3DS Max. I'm told that if I render the model, the two views should be the same, but I haven't got that result. I have all the files from the model developer. What I want is a finished model, ability to create video flyovers, and a URL that I can embed in my website that allows me to view the model from all directions.
