Looking for someone to model and texture a house (exterior + interior) based on schematic drawings. The final outcome is to create video fly-throughs of the exterior and some interiors for the client to better understand what the final build will look like. Decor, Furnishings, Lighting fixtures are needed in some capacity, but the level of detail and nuances can be negotiated and determined based on available libraries or previous examples of work. This scene should be created in a fast render environment such as a video game engine like Unity. Examples of an ideal exterior render and a "Look book" for the main room are attached.
