3D INTERIOR design with a detailed plan of communications and specifications

The project is for vocation rental property in Georgia, it is desirable We are looking for someone who will make professional design and detailed drawings for the communication plan: furniture plan, lightning plan and other electrical points, water and gas piping with all the measurements and specifications based on the hand-drawn plan of the apartment and its measurements. The apartment is about 48 square meters, it will not have an awesome view, so the design should become a destination itself. It will be located in the resort city in Batumi, Georgia, not far from the beach and surrounded with tourists attraction suck as casinos, restaurants, shopping malls etc, we need a unique design but in the same time neutral enough to attract wider market of rental clients. We will have to do it in stages: 1. Initial drawings: measurement plan and furniture plan 2. 3D visualizations 3. Other plans of communications with a specifications: - eletrical - water , gas - walls - floors - cieling - furniture - plumbing and accessories And everything else needed.
