For classic design, the cost will be $300-$350 per space depending on the complexity of the design. 2- 3D exterior and landscape design: $750 with up to two renders (front and back). 3- 3D floor plan: the cost will be $350 per apartment for 3D floor plan. 4- 3D walk-through animation: $1500 per minute. 5- 360-degree Panorama: the cost will be $400 per space/room for modern design and $500 for classic design. I'm experienced in designing and 3D modeling, and I am particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to upgrade my 3D modeling and rendering skills. I've been using 3DMax since 2013, and I've recently started using Corona Render, which makes my models very realistic. I understand the difference between the pictures you would like to get and the pictures you would not be satisfied with. Check out my last projects in my portfolio that represent the quality of the renderings that you've requested. if needed, I can email you original images because the website shrinks the quality when I upload images. I charge $200 for 3-4 rendered images of a single interior space. The exterior of one model (a building with all surroundings) is $250. The prices are approximate and depend on each individual project. I'm flexible on salary, and we can discuss it further.
