Looking find Expert Cryengine

Looking find developer for Cryengine.
If you are fit at least one on below things, i can pay highly.
1. If you have source code of Cryengine 2.3.4.6562, it will be good.
2. If you can open heightmap(already built with Cryengine 2.3.4.6562 sandbox) with using 3ds max or maya, it will better.
3. If you can develop heightmap with already existing object with 3ds max or maya, it will be better.
Looking find any guys for these.
