Glad to address you for delivering my bid, this looks like an interesting render project with both urban and natural landscapes involved, i could tell that there are some key topics to focus in to achieve nice results, from the modeling phase we could include a random pattern at the roof tiles which is going to help the realism, this is feasible on a 3ds max environment where also some vegetation could be added through a special plugin. Working with renders elements for atmosphere effects is also key and when entering the editing process they can be flexibly managed to get the desired product, you can see an example of this type of image in the Polo Club project by my portfolio, i have 10 years of experience with outdoor and indoor scenes and i would be really honored to help you with this urban renders.
