I am looking for GENUINE CIVIL ENGINEERS / ARCHITECTS who can design 1. Vastu compliant Residential Floor plan for Duplex house (Ground Floor and First Floor) 2. 3D visuals of plan 3. Elevation Plans 4. Electrical Plans 5. Proper ventilations (HVAC) 6. Sevage Plans Below are the details of Site 1. East Facing Site (See attached Document) 2. 32 Ft East - 40 ft North and 40ft South - 31 Ft West 3. East side - 30 Feet Road and Dead End to right side (Can Use for parking?) Parking Area f. Utilities area 3. 1st Floor connected from GF via staircase a. Bedrooms with attached bathroom and toilet 2. Living Space 3. Balcony 4. On First Floor Separate 1BHK for Rental. Should have separate Staircase to access from outside An Indian preferred for this job. Need the first version of 2D design and may ask to change the design if needed. Need the final version in 6-7 days max. Payment will only be made only if the final design is to our satisfaction (you can trust me on that).

tengo un proyecto de vivienda completo aqui le llamamos tonw house, con sala cocina comedor planta baja, planta alta 3 habitaciones ( si quiere una de esas se convierte en una muy espaciosa y quedaría en dos habitaciones), habitación principal con baño (ducha, lavamano y wc) y un baño (ducha, lavamano y wc) para exterior esto en planta alta, y un baño en planta baja (lavamanos y wc) el proyecto tiene tosos los planos con arquitectura, 3d, render , cálculos eléctricos, estructurales (para sismo de hasta 6 grados ricther, adaptable a la india) puedo enviarlo de inmediato tiene 11,00m x 5,00m , y le quedaría suficiente espacio para estacionamiento y otros servicios, envie su correo y le mano la propuesta
