I would like to determine the right mix of questions to undertake a face to face interview with members of the board and executives to determine the current demand and supply of services, determine unmet needs, prompt for service design and value expectations. The survey should allow me to then continue to continue with the design of a new service for this end of the market, understanding the desire and current serviceability and pricing the final delivery. I'm not expecting miracles, just a way to ensure that the questions asked will assist me in compiling the data in a way that is empirically sound and can demonstrate market demand for a business case. I would expect that whomever I would be working with would spend some time with me initially to understand the requirements and help shape the questions, with a review or two to test them against pilot users before the final survey questions are completed.
